Don Rojas is an elder stateman of the international and Pan-African struggle for reparatory justice. He served as Director of Communications for Prime Minister Maurice Bishop, the People’s Revolutionary Government of Grenada. He was editor of the New York Amsterdam News. Rojas served as Executive Director of Free Speech Television. He is Senior Advisor to Professor Sir Hilary Beckles, Vice-Chancellor/President of the University of the West Indies; Director of Communications and International Relations, Institute of the Black World 21st Century; Founder of the award-winning digital magazine, The Black World Today; and Director of Communications for the National Office of the NAACP.
